Why PDF orders get stuck before ERP
Order number, customer number, delivery date, item number, quantity, price and line references may be visible in the PDF. For ERP processes, those details must be assigned to clear fields and target structures. This is where manual typing, checking and corrections arise.
Three starting points, one common goal
Open the PDF, read the data, transfer line items and check the entry. This can work at low volume, but does not scale well.
Fields are suggested, but complex orders often still require checking and correction.
