Über unser Kundenportal können pedif-Services einfach verwaltet und erweitert werden. Hier laden Sie auch die erforderlichen Musterdokumente hoch und geben Geschäftspartner an, mit denen Sie Nachrichten austauschen möchten.
*Anforderungen an Musterdokumente:
- Textbasierte PDF-Dokumente (keine eingescannten Dateien)
- Insbesondere bei Rechnungen: Alle Pflichtangaben sind vorhanden
- Repräsentativ für alle zukünftigen Dokumente dieses Typs, unter anderem (falls zutreffend):
- Beinhaltet Rabatte (auf einzelne Positionen / auf den Gesamtbetrag)
- Variierende Seitenzahl (einseitig / mehrseitig)
- Verwendete Maßeinheiten (jede Einheit sollte mindestens 1 x vorkommen)
- Unterschiedliche Steuersätze (für einzelne Positionen / für den Gesamtbetrag)
- Weitere Besonderheiten, wie Gutschriften oder Stornos

Im operativen Geschäft übernimmt pedif die Dokumente über den zuvor vereinbarten Kanal, z.B. E-Mail, SFTP oder AS2 (1). Sender oder Empfänger werden gemäß Ihrer Spezifikation automatisch erkannt (2).
Data extraction is performed using the document fingerprint before generating the desired electronic target format.
The target format is then validated to ensure a safe process.
In the final step, data is transferred to the recipient's target system via a defined channel.
